OPF is committed to empowering the dreams of Overseas Pakistani families by ensuring financial barriers never hinder academic success. The revamped OPF Scholarship Program now offers scholarships to children and spouses of Overseas Pakistanis, regardless of their current semester or academic year, subject to eligibility.

Scholarships are available across intermediate, graduation, professional degree, and Master's/MS pathways so deserving students can continue their studies with stronger financial support.

Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply for OPEF scholarships

  • Applicants must have at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 in their last SSC/HSSC board exams or Graduation/Masters from an HEC-recognized university.
  • One parent (father or mother) must be a registered OPF member.
  • Spouses of overseas Pakistanis (must be registered OPF members) are also eligible for scholarships.
  • The monthly income of the parent/spouse should be Rs. 200,000 or less.
  • The applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship during the academic year.

Note: Children of deceased registered Overseas Pakistanis are also eligible, if the parent passed away within 3 years prior to the advertisement's last date.
